How is the 'Delete/Create/Modify' right any different from the 'Unrestricted' one ?
At first glance, the former seems to bear no difference with the latter ; but it must be kept in mind that 'Unrestricted' specifically concerns the Administrator, allowing her/him to perform very specific things that any other user with 'Delete/Create/Modify' could not do.
